Inter-Africa Property Corporation is committed to the implementation of various International Initiatives as well as the South African National Department of Housing visions on Human Settlements.

Due to this Inter-Africa Property Corporation was established to address the needs of establishing "Human Settlements which gives back Human Dignity, Equality and Equity to Communities"

Inter-Africa Property Corporation has also identified the need to empower Previous Disadvantaged Women within the property sector and has associated itself with well established women companies.

Siyabelana is such a company who inturn have acquired a shareholding in Inter-Africa Property Corporation as well as Inter-Africa Transport Corporation.

They also have an active role in the daily running of Inter-Africa Property Corporation.
